I feel like all I've done for the past few days is think. My brain is tired. So today...I'm answering a random smattering of questions. :) Little known (and probably not even necessary) facts about Bekah.
1. If you could have changed your name as a kid, what would you have been named? I desperately wanted to be a Brittany. I think it was part of my quest to be among the popular bunch. (Now I'm glad to be a Rebekah, though I still hold to my conviction that a middle name of "Cranky" would be easier to live up to than "Joy." HA!)
2. Who was your favorite Disney Princess? I'm a Belle girl all the way. Side note - UNBELIEVABLY thrilled that Beauty and the Beast is coming back to the theater. I never got to see it on the big screen the first time around, but you can know I'll be there this time! Can't wait!
3. Which character in a book would you have wanted to be? Growing up (as in my teen years) I adored the Love Comes Softly series of books by Janette Oke. I wanted to be Marty. In fact, I used to memorize parts of the book like a script in case they came out with a movie. Then they DID come out with a movie. Katherine Heigl played Marty. Something tells me I couldn't have beat her in an audition.
4. What punishment did you receive as you grew up that you felt was unfair? Hands down - the saga of the peaches. Have I told you that story? It was a battle of the wills between the Mama and me and she was determined to win. She did (as she should have) - and to this day I won't eat peaches because of that event!
5. Were you neat or messy as a kid? I was a HORRIBLE slob as a kid. I had a tall plastic shelf in the corner of my room and I once piled so many things on it that it toppled over and I had to run out of the room to keep from being pelted by shelf debris. After that I started making an effort to be neat(er).
Doubtful that any of this information will make you a Jeopardy champion, but thanks for reading the random of the randomest!
